By using Babel you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Babel provides AI-assisted speech translation. Accuracy depends on audio quality and language complexity; translations are provided “as-is” without warranty of absolute correctness.
3. Accounts and billing
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Babel to facilitate unlawful activity, harass others, or reverse-engineer our systems.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
